PSI utilizes a variety of recruiting methods and vetting processes to provide the best possible candidates for our staffing partners. We do so on a continual basis in order to expedite meeting staffing partner needs without sacrificing integrity.


Recruiting Process

Online Application

Applicants start by filling out an online application that gathers some basic information.

Interview

The application is followed by an interview where the recruiter discusses previous employment, fills in employment history gaps, evaluates technical skills and experience, etc.

Reference Checks

PSI attempts to check at least 2 references listed by the applicant.

Orientation

Our orientation process helps to prepare candidates and ensure that they are able to meet and exceed our staffing partner’s expectations.

Criminal Background Check

PSI works with 3rd party services to provide a criminal background check at the federal, state, and county levels.

Drug and Alcohol Screen

PSI uses multi-panel screening to test for drugs and alcohol.

Verification of Employment Eligibility

PSI verifies employment authorization through DHS within 3 days of hire.

Post Employment

Quality Check

In an effort to improve reliability and meet any changing needs PSI makes post-hire quality check calls to our staffing partners to make sure the employee is meeting expectations.
